To ensure the security and integrity of the BENTELER IT Services, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is being implemented. MFA is only be required if accessing the platform from a personal (non-BENTELER) computer.
Registration:
Access to the platform can only be made after a one-time registration process has been completed.
The following criteria must be met before a user can successfully register for MFA.
• User must have an active BENTELER ServiceNow account (network account)
• User must have a BENTELER E-mail address
